Our story

We started with a single sack of green Yirgacheffe and a borrowed drum roaster.

Twelve years later we're still chasing the same thing — the specific moment a coffee tells the truth about where it came from. We pay producers above the FOB price, post the contracts publicly, and roast every bag to order.

    We meet farmers at origin — most lots are direct trade with growers we've known for years. We pay above the FOB price and post the contract publicly.

    Every lot is sample-roasted, scored on a 100-point scale, and tasted blind by three of us. If it doesn't tell the truth about its farm, it goes back.

Can't find what you're looking for? WhatsApp the cafe — we usually reply within the hour.

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 4 pm. Last orders 30 minutes before close. We're closed on Diwali, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Walk-ins are always welcome — we hold roughly half the room for them. For groups of 4+ or weekend brunch, we recommend booking on the site (or WhatsApp us). Reservations are held 15 minutes past your time.

Yes — we have water bowls and the occasional treat. The patio is dog-friendly all day; indoors we ask that they stay on a short lead.

Most of the bites menu is vegetarian; non-veg items are clearly marked. Oat, almond, soy, lactose-free, coconut and cashew milks are available as add-ons. The kitchen can adapt several dishes to vegan — just ask the team.

Two-wheeler parking is on Mill Lane, free for up to two hours. The closest paid car parking is the Mill Lane public lot, 80 metres south. We're a 6-minute walk from Bandra station (East exit).

Yes. We close the cafe for private hire on Sunday evenings (after 4 pm) and have hosted launches, listening parties and small weddings. Rates start at ₹25,000 for 3 hours including food. WhatsApp us for the deck.

Yes — orders placed before 10 am Tuesday ship the same day, free over ₹999. We post-roast within 24 hours of dispatch, so the bag you receive is rarely more than four days old.

We cater within a 6 km radius of the cafe. Drip-pour stations, espresso carts and breakfast platters all available. Drop us a note via the contact form and we'll send the menu and pricing.
